Embrace approached me while preparing the launch of their redesigned website, lacking visually engaging material to clearly communicate their product. Embrace operates in the user observability space, helping teams understand how users actually experience their applications through session data and behavioral insights.

The challenge was translating complex, highly technical concepts into a clear and compelling visual narrative aimed at developers and product teams. A significant part of the process involved deep research to properly understand the product and its ecosystem. From there, I developed a full explainer animation focused on clarity, pacing, and visual hierarchy, designed to support both education and conversion.
